Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us using our contact form.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send your photos using our contact form and we will refund you and process an insurance claim on your behalf.
If the driver denies you to inspect your shipment, please notate on the delivery receipt that the driver will not let you inspect. When asking for refund, customers are required to make notation of any damages on the delivery receipt and notify Tabselect as soon as possible by describing the problem and sending photos by email: contactus@tabselect.com
Claims will be denied if the procedures are not followed.
Delivery:
We offer free threshold delivery and an option for white glove service that includes assembly. Delivery is scheduled by appointment, so you will receive a call to arrange a date and time that works for you. It is required that someone is present at the delivery address to accept the products and inspect them for any damages upon arrival.
If you are not home for the scheduled appointment, a $100 fee will be charged to reschedule the delivery and made another appointment.
Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel an order, please note that a 25% restocking fee applies to cancellations made before shipment.
Returns & Refunds:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost.
Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is unavailable and will be processed to the original payment method used for the order. It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be completed.
For any concerns, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.

Defects:
We guarantee against manufacturer defects for 30 days from the delivery date. Any defects must be reported within 2 days of delivery; otherwise, the return policy will be voided—no exceptions. In the case of a defective part or product, we will replace it at no cost.
