What does Threshold delivery mean?
This is a delivery where cargo is dropped at the first dry area of the destination address.
For instance, the front door of a single-family home, or the lobby of an apartment or condominium building.

Do you need help assembling your product? Add white glove delivery service on our checkout page.
White Glove delivery includes delivery to a designed room of choice (up to 2 staircases) + Packing removal + Product assembly.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3-5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment :
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 business hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us using our contact form.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send your photos using our contact form and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

If the driver denies you to inspect your shipment, please notate on the delivery receipt that the driver will not let you inspect. When asking for refund, customers are required to make notation of any damages on the delivery receipt and notify tabselect as soon as possible by describing the problem and sending photos by email: contactus@tabselect.com
Claims will be denied if the procedures are not followed. 

Defects:
We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery. We must be notified of the defect within 3 days of the product delivery, otherwise return policy is voided, no exceptions. 
All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.
Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Products may be returned with prior authorization only.

TABSELECT will replace any defective item as soon as it is possible.
If a replacement is not available and the buyer chooses not to wait for the replacement to become available, a refund will be issued within 14 days from the date of the return of the defective merchandise.

We offer free returns in case you don't like the product!

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the invoice date.

The item will be inspected for any damage and we reserve the right to partially or wholly accept or deny the return or deduct any damage repair cost from the refund balance.

If the return is an exchange for defective merchandise, we will replace the defective item or part at no cost.
Replacement parts will be sent at no charge if parts list form and proof of purchase is submitted to us within 2 days of delivery date.

This item cannot be returned if used.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the receipt of the returned merchandise.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

We offer 1- year guarantee!   

Goods shall be free of defects for a period of One Year from the date of End User receipt of product.

This warranty is subject to normal use under normal conditions.
This warranty does not apply if your merchandise is damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives, or other chemicals, or if exposed to sunlight or extreme heat (except for outdoor items suitable for such use).

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear, and tear, or accidents including, but not limited to, burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, stains, or indentations.

Because of craftsmanship or the use of natural materials, normal variations can occur from piece to piece. This warranty does not cover such variations.

TABSELECT will not be liable for any loss, expense, or damage other than to the furniture itself that may result from a defect in the product.
This warranty becomes effective with the delivery date.
