The SouthBay Sun Lounger is made of the kiln dried solid teakwood which is very durable and excellent for outdoor furniture. Well designed with wide-slats, mortise-tenon joinery and teak wheels for easy moving. A Perfect poolside furniture for reading, relax or sun bedding. This Sun Lounger adjusts to four different positions, including completely flat. Add SouthBay Side Table for putting your sun lotion or a glass of orange juice. For more comfort add Sunbrella fabric cushion of your color choice. Your pool will not be perfect without the sun lounger. Enjoy sun-bathing with friends or family in a nice beautiful SouthBay sun lounger. Cushion is optional.

We offer free threshold delivery with every purchase.


What does Threshold delivery mean?
This is a delivery where cargo is dropped at the first dry area of the destination address.
For instance, the front door of a single-family home, or the lobby of an apartment or condominium building.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 10 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within ten business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 business hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within ten business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us using our contact form.


Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send your photos and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

If the driver denies you to inspect your shipment, please notate on the delivery receipt that the driver will not let you inspect. When asking for refund, customers are required to make notation of any damages on the delivery receipt and notify Tabselect as soon as possible by describing the problem and sending photos by email: contactus@tabselect.com
Claims will be denied if the procedures are not followed.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer free returns in case you don't like the product!

Returns are accepted within 48 hours from the delivery date.

The item will be inspected for any damage and we reserve the right to partially or wholly accept or deny the return or deduct any damage repair cost from the refund balance.

If the return is an exchange for defective merchandise, we will replace the defective item or part at no cost.
Replacement parts will be sent at no charge if parts list form and proof of purchase is submitted to us within 2 days of delivery date.

This item cannot be returned if used.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the receipt of the returned merchandise.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Warranty

We offer 2- year guarantee! 

The Limited Warranty to the original purchaser covers the item to be free from the manufacturing defects.
The Warranty does not cover any small crack in the end grain of wooden furniture.

In case of a product defect within one year from the date of purchase, we are responsible to repair or replace the defective parts excluding covering the shipping cost.
A 1-Year Limited Warranty is acting to all frames used in upholstered chairs, love seats, sofas, ottomans, loungers, benches, and tables for commercial use.
However, a 2-Year Limited Warranty is acting for residential use for the same products mentioned above.
