Shipping Policy

We offer free threshold delivery with every purchase.
What does Threshold delivery mean?
This is a delivery where cargo is dropped at the first dry area of the destination address.
For instance, the front door of a single-family home, or the lobby of an apartment or condominium building.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 4 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.


Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 4 business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 business hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 4 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us using our contact form.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send your photos using our contact form and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

All shipments should be inspected upon delivery. If the driver denies you to inspect your shipment, please notate on the delivery receipt that the driver will not let you inspect. When asking for refund, customers are required to make notation of any damages on the delivery receipt and notify tabselect as soon as possible by describing the problem and sending photos by email: contactus@tabselect.com
Claims will be denied if the procedures are not followed. 

Return & Refund Policy

We offer free returns in case you don't like the product!

Returns are accepted within 48 hours from the delivery date.

The item will be inspected for any damage and we reserve the right to partially or wholly accept or deny the return or deduct any damage repair cost from the refund balance.
Returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging, with no signs of use, wear, or damage. 

If the return is an exchange for defective merchandise, we will replace the defective item or part at no cost.
Replacement parts will be sent at no charge if parts list form and proof of purchase is submitted to us within 2 days of delivery date.

This item cannot be returned if used.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the receipt of the returned merchandise.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Warranty Information:

We offer a 30-day limited warranty on products with manufacturer’s defects. This warranty becomes effective on the delivery date. Please note, items damaged through standard use and wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

Some products may exhibit a heavily distressed appearance. This deliberate design allows customers to enjoy a vintage aesthetic without the natural aging and weathering of genuine vintage pieces.

Handcrafted Variations:

The majority of Zentique’s products are handcrafted, ensuring a unique and artisanal quality. As a result, individual items may not be identical in appearance, and dimensions provided are approximate and may vary slightly per shipment. We allow dimensions to vary by up to two inches from the original specifications due to the variations inherent in handcrafted production processes.

Zentique is proud to provide products that give a chic antique look and feel. The look is purposely created to have a distressed look. Creating a
distressed look can include but not limited to rusting, paint chipping, unfinished look, and cracks. Please keep in mind that some may look more heavily distressed. This look was created intentionally to allow customers to have and own a vintage piece of furniture without the years of aging and weathering. Majority of Zentique’s products are handcrafted and will not be identical. The dimensions are all approximate and may vary per shipment. We do allow dimensions to vary up to two inches from the original dimensions due to the following reasons stated above.
The finishes/color on our products will not be identical since they are all handcrafted.
